Family Pictures July 22, 2010

My mom Kathy and her husband John came to visit and we wanted to go to the temple to take family pictures. We took lots of pictures but these are just our favorites..

Aubrey-1 month and random

Aubrey has been doing so well recently. She has been holding her head up for a few minutes now. She is also working on rolling over. She is starting to laugh and coo. It is wonderful listening to her learn how to talk and communicate with me and Neal. She is sleeping through the night. She has been sleeping from around 8:30 pm till 5am. It is so nice to know I have a child that is sleeping soundly. It is wonderful to have her in our family.

Aubrey Elizabeth's blessing

Our aubrey was blessed by her dad on august 1, 2010. The blessing was beautiful and was one that I hope to not forget some of the key things that were said. Then after church we had a get together at the Jardine's home and had some food and just talked and celebrated this wonderful occasion. My dad was able to be here with us and was able to help out our family.

Baby Aubrey- Our new addition to our family

On June 25, 2010 at about 4pm I was feeling contractions about every 20 minutes and I called my mom and Neal and told them that they were that far apart and I was to lay down and it would be a while until baby Aubrey would be ready to come out. But then the very next hour they were about 5 minutes apart and they were pretty intense. So I called my sister in law, Christine and she said that she was on her way to pick me up to get me to the hospital. Aubrey was very cooperative when it comes to timing, Christine had just walked in the door and had her car fixed and ready to help getting me to the hospital. Then at about 5pm we got the hospital and got checked in and when they checked me I was 100% effaced and dialated to a 5 already. Then an hour later I got an epidural and then I was in heaven to not be able to feel the contractions that were going and pretty strong.. apparently! Then I was in labor for about 5 hours and at about 10:45pm I was told that it was time to start pushing and then at 11:20pm she came out and was perfect. She may have looked white and wet but she was ours and she was perfect. She was 8 pounds and 7 ounces and was 20 inches long. We are doing great and she is a wonderful addition to our family!!!

Here is an ultra sound of our baby girl that is coming in about 3 weeks... This is an older ultra sound but this is her... We are really excited to meet her. She already has a personality that is adorable.

New Apartment

As of May 21, 2010 we now have a place of our own. Me and neal had been living with his sister in Gilbert. It is getting closer to the point when we need our own place because of baby aubrey who will be joining our family in about 3 weeks. We are really excited to have our own place and are getting all the things new apartments need and no one really thinks of getting. For instance, a plunger!! One night about 8 o clock at night the toilet gets clogged and then we have to run out to Home Depot and get one so that it doesn't just sit there. Of course when you take a man to Home Depot you are going to spend more time than you expected... and guess what we did. We did get out with spending only 6 dollars and 2 hours later.. we got home and then were able to fix the toilet.
Anyways, Neal is done with his class and he got a C+ out of the class and he is just waiting to send in his transcript and then in July or August he will get his diploma. He is now working full time about 2-3 days out of the week straight 40 hours. I love having him home for about 4 days straight and then 2 days of not seeing him much. He loves what he is doing though. I promise I will post some pictures of me and neal and the new apartment soon.
